Coup in Bolivia by United States Government and fake Twitter Accounts denying the coup happened.

On 11 November 2019, The CIA as well as a few Multinational Lithium corporations, took a big part of a coup in the Plurinational State of Bolivia. The current leader was someone named Evo Morales, who was a democraticly elected president who was about 4 years through his 5 year term. He labelled himself socialist, and was overthrown less than 1 week after stopping trade with Multinational Lithium Companies. He was replaced by a rightist named Jeanine Áñez, who is Anti-Evo Morales.

Why did the Coup Happen and Who was Involved?

The coup happened because Evo Morales stopped trade with multinational Lithium Companies and so the United States could continue their imperialism. The Coup was the result of many right-wing protests which were against the Socialist government in Boliva currently, and the CIA and multinational corporations propped them up and overthrew the fairly popular government, and replace it with one that is far worse and disliked by far more people. The country tried to nationalise fossil fuels and Lithium, and did not like being exploited by Europe for the Lithium which was rightfully theirs.

The United States is not done trying to weak socialist countries.

In the past, the United States has done coups to socialist countries to try to make socialism look bad and use those countries as an example of why socialism is bad. An example of a similar coup was 1954 CE in Guatamala and even a coup that once happened in Bolivia. These coups have continued in many other countries by the United States to try to stop the spread of Socialism.  The CIA, Some Multinational Corporations, and some Right-Wing Protesters were the people who carried out the coup.

What does this mean for the World and Bolivia?

New Leader of Bolivia
New Leader of Bolivia

Bolivia’s new leader is named  Jeanine Áñez, and she was supposedly the most popular successor to Morales, though this is debatable, as her party, the Democrat Social Movement, is not popular, currently only having 1/36 senators and  4/130 members in the Chamber of Deputies. On the contrary, Movement for Socialism, Morales’ party 21/36 Senators and 67/130 Deputies. She is a rightist who is not very popular and possibly very corrupt (she is married to a Colombian politician which would allow for a lot of corruption). She claims to be just a “temporary”  president until the next election.

This is a huge loss of indigenous people, as the previous leader and party was a huge supporter of indigenous people, with the party even making the Wiphala one of the official flags.

It is also a loss for people who support the environment, as the previous leader was very pro-environment and the new leader does not seem to care and wants to undo lots of the stuff done by Morales.

Bolivia is one of the more impoverished countries in the Americas, but has been one of the fastest growing due partially due to the Movement for Socialist Party. With a more pro-capitalist party, this is likely to hurt the growth of Bolivia and continue to benefit the Bourgeoisie and Multinational corporations. She has been called a Fascist by some.

Finely, the deal with the Lithium companies will probably be restored.

Morales just today received Asylum in Me´xico and officially resigned power today as well.

Fake Twitter Accounts Denying the Event

Today, people from the United States have made fake Twitter accounts that look like they are from Bolivia which deny the coup ever happening. This is most likely and attempt of hiding United States Imperialism . They say how Bolivia is still great and how the coups never happened.
